Diary of a Foodie: Banana & Ginger Smoothie

So lately I have been trying to eat healthy (rolls eyes). It ain’t easy but I am pressing on .

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated fine
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional)

Method :

  • Combine  the banana, yogurt, honey, and ginger. Blend until smooth.



  • Helps with digestion ,heartburn and nausea
