So lately I have been trying to eat healthy (rolls eyes). It ain’t easy but I am pressing on .
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 cups milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated fine
- 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional)
- Combine the banana, yogurt, honey, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
- Helps with digestion ,heartburn and nausea
